What is Klarna?

Klarna is a payment service that offers two easy ways to pay for the items you want to keep. You can choose Pay Later which gives you 30 days to pay for your order with no interest or fees. Or, select Pay in 3 to split the cost of your order into 3 monthly instalments with no interest or fees. It’s a secure, safe and simple way to buy now, pay later.

I’m new to this, how do I use Klarna?
Using Klarna is easy. Please follow these 3 steps:
    •    Step 1 – Add to bag
Select the item you want and place it in your bag, just like you would a normal order.

    •    Step 2 – Choose your payment method
When you arrive at the payment point, choose Klarna as your payment of choice. You can select either Pay Later (pay for your order after 30 days) or Pay in 3 (pay over 3 monthly instalments).

    •    Step 3 – What’s next?
You’ve placed your order and it has arrived. If you’ve chosen Pay Later, you’ll receive an email from Klarna.



Can you tell me more about Pay in 3?
Slicing It does exactly what it says on the tin – it slices your payment into 3 monthly instalments. The first instalment occurs when you place your order. The following two payments will be automatically charged 30 and 60 days later. You’ll be notified when your payment is due and received, so there’ll be no nasty surprises. There’s zero interest, fees or late-payment charges.


What about Pay Later?
After selecting Pay Later, you’ll have 30 days to pay for your order. You’ll get a reminder when your payment is due.


What do I need to use Klarna?
    •    You need to be over the age of 18.
    •    You need a UK bank account.
    •    You need a UK residential address.


Are you having issues with your Klarna?
If you are having issues placing an order with Klarna, it could be due to the following reasons:
    •    You may have missed a required field at checkout. Please scan your details again.
    •    Klarna payments are subject to your financial circumstances. Therefore, they may have been rejected by Klarna. Please choose another payment type or place an order of a smaller amount.
    •    You may have previous outstanding payments to Klarna.
Please spend responsibly. Borrowing more than you can afford could seriously affect your financial status. Make sure you can afford to make your monthly repayments on time.
