WHAT KIND OF INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT AND WHY?
When you shop or register with us, we collect information including your name, postal and email addresses and contact details and we keep a record of this information. All this is necessary for us to recognize you as a registered customer and to fulfil the orders you place with us.
We do NOT keep your credit card information and this is collected via Stripe, Paypal and AmazonPay which are the three third party payment gateways we use. If we are processing a refund there would be a need to share your name and order details for that purpose. We keep a record of your purchases with us to help us learn more about how you like to shop with us. This helps us to send you the most relevant offers and also means we can quickly help you with any problems you may experience with your order. We keep a record of any email correspondence you send us. This helps us to keep track of any issues or concerns you've had with our products or services.
You will be automatically enrolled into our rewards programme when you create an account with us. We may from time to time send you emails about your rewards programme and the points you have collected with us. Customers who do not spend their points with us would only earn points when an order is placed and would to all intents and purposes be passive members.
Text Marketing and notifications (if applicable):
By entering your phone number in the checkout and initializing a purchase, you agree that we may send you text notifications (for your order, including abandoned cart reminders) and text marketing offers. Text marketing messages will not exceed 4 per month. You can unsubscribe from further text messages by replying STOP. Message and data rates may apply. (FOR U.S. AND CANADA)
