What is the Yumi Rewards Club?

The member's rewards club is our way of giving a little something back to reward you for being a Yumi customer. You can earn points, which can be converted into vouchers that are redeemable against future purchases. 

 

How do I earn points?

To earn points, you must be logged into your account at the time of purchase. You will receive 1 point for every £1 spent on eligible purchases on Yumi.co.uk. Eligible purchases include regular priced styles, including sale items and exclude gift cards, applicable taxes, fees, discounts, delivery charges and any other excluded charges specified by us.

 

Please note, if you return any items, the points for the returned items will be revoked from your account. Any purchase with points, If returned, it will go back to your e-wallet and not refunded as cash.

 

How do I redeem my points?

Log into your Yumi account to view your points balance and convert them into e-wallet credit.  If you have enough points, you can claim them for a redeemable voucher, which will be available at the checkout.  

 

When will my points be credited?

Loyalty points will automatically be uploaded to your account 3 days after your order has been dispatched. Any returned items will not qualify for loyalty points. 

 

Will my points expire?

Your reward points will never expire, so you can collect and save up for bigger purchases.

 

Terms and Conditions

The standard number of points you will collect is 1 point for every £1 you spend on qualifying products.  

£25 e-wallet for every 250 points,

£75 e-wallet for every 500 points

 

Points are calculated from any eligible orders on the total amount and exclude discounts, gift vouchers and delivery.


Please make sure all personal information in your Yumi account is accurate. Unfortunately, Yumi cannot be held responsible if you do not qualify for your loyalty points as a result of incorrect information you have supplied. 


Any purchases made using our loyalty programme are subject to all applicable UK laws.

 

Yumi reserves the right to remove products available for point collection and redemption online without notice.

 

Loyalty points have no value outside your Yumi account. Therefore, you cannot transfer, trade, buy or sell points in any way.
